Position - Print Assistant/Production Assistant *This is not a graphics position* Looking for an individual to join an expanding department and assist with the labor needs of the production process. You will be assisting the print lead in handling the print process across multiple grand format printers, outputting jobs up to 126” wide on a range of different materials. As needed you will also be assisting Responsibilities include: • Daily cleaning of machine parts, using cleaning chemicals. • Loading and unloading material on to and off the machines; requires the ability to lift objects that weigh 50+ pounds. • Organizing the print work space • Using RIP software on a PC to process jobs • Troubleshooting software and machine errors • Communicating with the print team and production team. • Working with the print team to ensure color and job accuracy • Verify print accuracy during the printing process • In downtime, assist warehouse with manufacturing/production of windscreen and other products (support role) Qualifications Include • High attention to detail • Team-Friendly experience • Familiarity with simple computer operations on Windows System • The ability to lift heavy objects; 50 pounds + • The ability to stand/move around on your feet for a large portion of day • Will be in a warehouse environment so will need to be able to withstand outdoor climate elements (heat/cold) Helpful Qualifications include • Bilingual (Spanish)
