Prostar Staffing is Hiring 401 Jersey Ave New Brunswick NJ 08901 Please see Job Description below  Collaborate with locations’ Managers and Supervisors and to manage on-site monthly/periodical safety inspections.  Coordinate locations’ safety and health training process for employees.  Maintain/update SDS database (Safety Data Sheets)  Develop and coordinate periodic safety meeting/toolbox talk safety topics in collaboration with Staffing Agencies and Operations Leadership Team and under EHS Manager guidelines.  Coordinate federal, state, local EHS reports including OSHA 300, Accident Reports, etc.  Ensures all contractors and vendors comply with federal, and local regulations as well as Company policies while on Company premises.  Coordinates worker's compensation claims with HR Team, incident investigations and return to work programs in accordance to Company guidelines  Inspects facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
