LEAD MITIGATION TECHNICIAN WANTED

Summary: We are a property restoration company looking to hire 1-2 lead mitigation technicians that can manage projects and crews. This position is available for immediate hire. 3+ years experience in the field is preferred but not required. Our company wants a team player who can work well on any project. Competitive compensation based on experience. Normal operating hours are; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. **This is subject to change on occasion based on that specific days work volume** - Paid national holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas). - Eligible for vacation pay after one year of employment. Requirements: - Valid drivers license - Participate on an on-call rotation - Capable of lifting 50+ lbs - Basic hand tools (prybar, hammer, screw drivers, utility knife) - Knowledgable in MICA software (not required but highly preferred) - IICRC WRT/ASD certified (not required by highly preferred) Please contact me if you have any questions.
