Live in, full-charge housekeeper wanted for 20 hours weekly in the summer (May, June, July, August and Sept and part of October.) and up to 4 hours per week in the Fall/Winter/Early spring. Weekends a must in the summer (2 hrs Sat and Sun). Accommodations provided in a fully equipped and private 800+ sf apartment in a new home located on the water in Falmouth, MA (utilities included). Previous live-in experience a must, with strong references required. The non-smoking candidate will be fully responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the house, as well as the supervision of maintenance personnel when the owner is out of town. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as the job also entails some errands and grocery shopping. Candidate should be computer and smartphone capable. It is acceptable and encouraged to have other employment that does not conflict with the performance of the aforementioned responsibilities. Fabulous opportunity for a caring individual.
