Installers are paid hourly plus an install bonus! Job Summary: Experienced Lead Installer with strong technical skill and a keen focus on customer satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities: • Manage Install Helper Duties/Responsibilities: • Make sure all customers are satisfied with services rendered before leaving location • Keep entire working area neat and organized and free of debris, foot, and fingerprints • Remove all supply and return vents; clean, sanitize, dry, and re-install • Remove and clean blower wheel • Interior and exterior wipe down of air handler cabinet • Clean and treat evaporator coil with anti-microbial solution • Wash filter or Install clean customer provided filter • Flush drain line Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented and extremely accurate. • Ability to solve problems. Education and Experience: • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime • High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus • High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School strongly preferred • Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
