Hello, I'm Ishmael I'm looking for someone to help install a fence in my backyard.. It's approximately 8-10 feet of a length. Im looking for someone who can simply drill two holes in the ground, and install a 6ft fence, metal preferably, It's to prevent my dog from escaping the backyard at my mother's house. compensation will be established once replied. Must have a way to drill the hole through black cement, to install the fence.
