Need new home for my beagle mix

I am looking for a new home for my beagle mini aussie mix. I dont want to do this but she needs someone with a yard or land. She is about 4 years old medium build unfixed female. Probably 35-40 lbs. She hasn't spent a lot of time with other dogs or cats other than mine so I dont know how she will react. She is somewhat nervous around people and she is going to need someone with some patience. I am having to do this because no matter what we do she continuously will potty in my house even though we take her out regularly and I dont want to keep her kenneled all the time and we dont have a fenced in yard.. Thats another reason she needs someone with patience. I refuse to take her to a shelter and she will have a small fee to ensure she goes to a good home. I will also want to meet you where you stay so I can ensure its safe for her. This isn't easy for me to do but I feel like she will have a better life somewhere she can be possibly be an indoor outdoor dog. She is high energy and smart, she also enjoys cuddling under blankets with you. She will be protective despite all her faults. If you think you can provide her a good hone please text me.
