Maintenance Position The department of District Grounds Maintenance for the Viera East Community Development District is looking for a full time maintenance worker. Work to be done will include such things as maintaining Woodside Park including the dog park, playground, nature trails and parking lot that include mowing, edging, weed eating and other similar duties. Other areas of maintenance will include the Scrub Jay habitat, wetlands, uplands and the master drainage system for the Viera East Community Development District.
