Has anyone had BSRP do thier roof?

Phillys BSRP program is doing my roof. I am so grateful for this service bc I desperately need my roof replaced but I'm broke. I'm broke from paying 2 other licensed and insured roofing companies replace my roof and doing a really bad job both times. I learn as I go- the 1st guy shouldve removed ther old gutters not roll over them, the second guy shouldve removed the old membrane under the newer roof and the old drainage.... Regardless, they don't really offer up any info or answer anyt questions. Like at all. I am just wondering if anyone can share ther experience w bsrp roof replacement. Thanks for reading!
