Emory Beacon of Light, (EBOL) working with Beacon Brightwood Business Alliance (BBBA) is bringing together owners and stakeholders of Brightwood’s small business community to address the issues of revitalization in the Covid and Post-Covid environment. We have invited government officials, main street executive directors, ANC commissioners, legal experts, and bankers to discuss the plans to revitalize the Ward 4 corridor.
We are following the District of Columbia COVID-19 protocols; masks will be required while attending the event.
The Emory Beacon of Light, Inc. (EBOL) an outgrowth of the ministries of the Emory United Methodist Church was established in 1996 as a not for profit, 501(c) 3 community development organization. Since 1996, EBOL has served as a dynamic change agent within the Brightwood community and surrounding area offering a wide range of services that have dramatically enhanced the economic and social vitality of the neighborhood.
