Yin + Pin @ Terrace Plant Shop ( a yoga & acupuncture experience ) Hosted by Katie and Chia Saturday, February 26, 2022 6:30pm to 8:30pm $50 per participant. This event will take place @: Terrace Plant Shop 416 Main Street Metuchen, NJ 08840 Sign Up: During this two-hour workshop, Chia will guide you through a slowed-down yin yoga practice - by holding poses for 2-8 minutes, time and gravity will allow you to deepen your stretch, elongate your fascia and release your ligaments. We will end with an extra-long savasana where Katie will use acupuncture points to complement the yoga practice, encourage continued energy flow throughout the body, and promote deep relaxation (snoring is encouraged). You will leave this workshop feeling like a new person! Extra info: Please arrive 10 minutes early to grab your spot. Bring your yoga mat, blocks and water. Bolsters and blankets will be supplied.
