Landscape Supervisor (Palm Beach Gardens) 35 year old landscaping company, based in Palm Beach Gardens, is looking for an experienced Supervisor to support and manage supervisors, crews, and clients in a high end lawn care environment. Full Time, Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) Must be skilled at the following: 1. South Florida turf, plant and tree knowledge. 2. Understanding of trimming and pruning specifications. 3. Irrigation, pest control, and fertilization experience. 4. Ability to operate all types of lawn care equipment. 5. Experience caring for golf turf, including paspalum and zoysia. 6. Team-oriented leadership skills to manage others. 7. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. 8. Sense of urgency and attention to detail. 9. Ability to please knowledgeable and discerning clientele. 10. Commitment to workplace safety at all times. 11. Physical ability to lift/carry at least 50 pounds. 12. Driver license (minimum age 25 and a 3-year USA driving history) 13. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Minimum five years supervisory experience in the lawn care industry is required. Preference will be given to candidates with landscaping experience.
