Looking for someone that's wanting to learning the trade of floor covering. Must have own vehicle. Must be able to lift upwards of 60lbs. I like a good working environment and must be up for hard work and humor throughout the day. Lots of new construction so it does get a bit repetitive but that also means people tend to pick it up fast as well. Pay is DOE and willingness to stay busy and help with the small stuff. Bonuses at times. I like see to people make good money and willing to pay if your willing to work hard. I pay based on percentage but this is not a 1099 thing. I will cover employee expenses. I like meeting people on the jobs to give them a rundown of the job so they can see if it seems something they would like to do. Plus gives me a 1 on 1 meeting with them onsite.
