I'm looking for unique kind of tenants. You'd pay 40% less for part-time lodging staying in the same listing, the same season. What you’d need to do is take the complimentary schedule of your ghost roommate (me) for the listing to reach full occupancy. Also, you'd need to be willing to tidy up the space when you leave each week. So I have a schedule of Monday to Thursday nights, that way you can stay in the place Weekend nights (Fri, Sat, Sun) and the other way around.
