Join us, along with a panel of community house members, as we share experiences of navigating the process of sharing equity in our homes. We know there is a deep need for innovation in housing. We also know there is great opportunity at the intersection of housing and community. We have had a number of community members reach out asking about ways to share equity within a home where they are renting, or how to invite new owners into a home they already own. We will have a panel of people within the collective housing community who have put into place agreements on how equity can be shared with residents. This event is an opportunity to learn from them and understand the process and questions they used in creating their own models. // We are thrilled to be hosting this event at Whittier Cafe, which is nicknamed "the activists' coffee shop."
