This training will cover several different models with brief overviews for working with children aged 0-5yrs. For 2022, this is approved for 5 CEs with the KY Psychology and LPC Boards. It is pending with SW. This site will be updated when replies arrive. We did not apply to the LMFT Board as they previously denied it. This training will cover various Early Childhood Assessments, diagnosis for early childhood cases, and EC treatment models and evidence-based practices to increase clinical staff knowledge of available models, additional resources, and practices for working with children ages 0-5 and their families. This training will cover several different models with brief overviews so that clinical staff can make informed decisions about models they may wish to explore in more depth or receive training in. This will also provide information on basic resources for working with children in the early childhood age range to increase capacity and understanding for clinical staff.
