2007 BMW X3 and 1999 ML320 repairs

Hi! I am looking to hire a mechanic with experience with BMW and Mercedes. This is just a post for small side work not a constant flow of jobs. I have a couple of small repairs I need on my older rigs: 2007 BMW X3 Issue #1: no wiper washer. Blades are new and operate. The dash shows no fluid and reservoir shows dash light even when I fill with water. I can see there is something unplugged from the wiper motor but I do not know where to start. I think it needs a motor but maybe just needs the wiring reconnected. No idea how it happened as the vehicle is a recent purchase. I do not hear any sound when I engage the washers but the blades swipe like there is fluid on the windshield. Rear wiper blade works but no fluid comes out. Issue #2: The airbag light is on. When I bought the car they said it was the seat sensor under the passenger seat might be disconnected. It also might be failed. I need a diagnosis and I will order the part for your installation. 1999 ML320 Issue #1: needs the battery removed so I can take it to Advanced for a replacement. Then I need the battery in the BMW put in the Mercedes and the AGM into the BMW. Need to start and drive Mercedes to ensure it is ready for sale. Thank you in advance for your help.
