We invite you to join us for a community gathering filled with sound healing and reiki healing. Come join two incredible practitioners at Collective Energy Studio as they share with us each of their incredible talents, fusing their passions into one mega experience that stimulates healing on the physical, mental, and emotional planes. We will gather in a sacred circle and lie back as we relax into the soothing and serenading sounds of Kyle Lam’s sound bath. Using a variety of planetary gongs and crystal bowls, participants will fall into an induced meditation, traveling through the inner parts of our subconscious. Sound Baths are an invitation to embark on an inward journey, re-connecting with our inner spirits and discovering new ways to heal our bodies and spirits. During the sound bath, Christina will be sharing her gifts of reiki healing to each participant individually. Imagine receiving a personalized healing session all while being immersed in sound healing bliss! Christina will channel and tune into your own frequency and provide a healing session based on what your body and spirit needs the most. Please bring the following to the event: * Yoga Mat * Pillow * Blanket * Cushions * Wear loose and comfortable clothing * Water * Any crystals or sacred items you wish to cleanse/charge If you have any questions about the event, please do not hesitate to contact Kyle Lam at (760)222-5143 About the Facilitators: Kyle Lam is a sound practitioner, whose roots stem from his musical background in performing chamber and classical compositions. Kyle discovered the world of sound healing in 2015 through his practice of kundalini yoga, connecting deeply with the sound of the gong and the impact it has on the physical body and the subconscious mind. Now, Kyle facilitates a variety of sound healing related events for local communities, guiding participants in a musical meditative journey to experience the medicinal benefits of sound therapy. His goal is to help bring community together, moreover, to raise the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health of the community. Jessica has been studying energy for the last 7 years. She started with reiki which translates to “spirit energy”. She got her certificate as Reiki Master Teacher so she is able to teach and attune others as well. Jessica then went on to take classes in a modality called high self resonance therapy or HRT which works with the chakras and auric field. She also has studied the painless Egyptian technique in reflexology in the hands feet and ears. Jessica is a sensitive empath and can feel the energies of others and loves to help people feel peace balance and love. Prior to working in the health and wellness field, Christina spent ten years in the corporate arena, and 8 years at home raising her young children as a stay at home mom. Christina has practiced Crystal Therapy for many years as well as earning her Certification in Holistic and Integrative Health L-III. Once she became attuned in Reiki, her true passion and purpose for serving others became crystal clear. In 2019, Christina started a wellness-based practice centered on self-discovery & holistic healing. It is her belief that healing begins with the connection from your soul; and her passion is to share this path of enlightenment with all who seek inner connection and soul purpose.
