Permanent Part Time Labor Gig for property management company

Small property management company looking for laborer for odd jobs to include things like lawn mowing, raking, edging, sweeping parking areas, shoveling snow, gutter cleaning, delivering appliances, touchup painting, trash outs & dump runs Flexible hours as long as the work get done in a timely agreed upon manner. Approximately 25-50 hours per month. Hours can usually be worked around a full-time job, kids or school. Must be drug free and pass criminal background check. Must be dependable, self-starter and have truck transportation. You should be able to work unsupervised and show up for jobs as agreed. Pay starting at $18 per hour-increase after successful 90-day trial period. Additional skills will result in more hours and/or pay. You work as an independent contractor- I do not withhold taxes. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. if you make more than $600 in a year. Please respond with availability.
