Whether you are a new apprentice or interested in learning more about how to be a falconer, this workshop is sure to be beneifical for you! New Kentucky apprentices or not yet licensed falconers are invited to attend a Intro to Falconry Workshop on April 2 from 10-3 at the Salato Wildlife Center in Frankfort. KDFWR stafff has been very generous in letting us use their facilities for this event and will be in attendance to answer any of your questions. We will be covering topics such as: falconry laws and regulations basic equipment making how to get a sponsor trapping, training, and hunting techniques and more Lunch will be provided and there will be door prizes for giveaway!
