Willows Inn - Gardener - Sustainable & Culinary Focus The Willows Inn on Lummi Island is looking for a Gardener for the 2022 Season and beyond. This person will handle the maintenance of our ornamental and culinary garden on the grounds of the Willows Inn. Applicants should have a positive attitude, be able to follow detailed directions and work independently. We are looking for someone who can identify specific species of plants and manage existing gardens while making functional improvements. Expected hours will vary seasonally from 30-40 hours per week. The Inn has well established and beautiful grounds that require a good eye for detail and knowledge of native plants. Working with our kitchen and bar program is encouraged as we utilize the abundance around the property for different menu planning purposes. Requirements: Min. 1 Year of Experience in horticulture or related field Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 6 hours Frequent bending and repetitive motion Hourly Rate - $20-$22 DOE To apply please email your cover letter, resume and availability to careers @ willows-inn.com
