We are looking for sub-contractors that understand the importance of completing a job correctly in a timely manner. We need crews for all aspects of work such as: Packing/Moving Framing Drywall Texture Paint Cabinets- custom and prefab Counters - granite, quarts, laminate Flooring Tile Roofing Masonry Carpentry Interior Exterior and much more! Looking for a cabinet design/install and hard counters team. You will receive all our work as the accounts for order belong to us and the labor that goes with them. Any jobs brought in by the team will go through us at a higher rate because you brought the work in. Please send a list of the work you can provide with photos and business name if there is one. All work is subcontracted and paid as such and you will receive a 1099 at end of year. Pay will be provided for the agreed terms the week following its completion and inspection. We pay for the material, you bring the labor and tools. A sub-contractor agreement, insurance cert if able, and W9 must be filed before work starts. Looking for a marketing person as well. Responsible for visiting agents, plumbers, real estate agents, etc. Industry knowledge preferred but not necessary. Pay based on experience and knowledge with commission bonus.
