Taking out trash cans 4 disabled

My mother and I are physically disabled and we're not able to take trash cans down the hill to Street for trash pickup. I'm in Cleveland close to Lee University off of 17th Street Northwest and Keith directly across the street and entangle from Alvarez Market. $10 weekly to take out trash cans and bring them back in from herb after cans have been empty. Cans and bad garbage need to be took out every Wednesday night.
