Builder Panel at the Women's Council of Realtors Luncheon For March, we are continuing our emphasis on Things Realtors Want to Know by bringing in two Chattanooga builders of new homes. Jenna Skuza from Goodall Homes and Bill Panebianco from Pratt Home Builders will bring us up to date on current trends and answer any of your questions. For our Realtor members: Please update your information at wcr.org By joining Women's Council you not only enjoy reduced prices on our lunches, you also are in a national network for ideas and referrals. Make sure they can find you! For our precious Strategic Partner members: Again, we thank you for the tremendous response during our direct membership and renewal campaign. We absolutely cannot function as a Network without your support, and it's fun being your friends and clients as well. Our national network has not been keeping up with our changes, please be patient, as we're getting everything patched together. We are participating in the Women's Council Tennessee State Network Spring Purse Raffle - $25 for one ticket or $50 for THREE chances on a Louis Vuitton purse. Ask a board member for details. Drawing will be March 31 via Zoom. Events coming up soon: April 6 - Women's Council Luncheon at the Walden Club with a program about Reverse Mortgages. May 10 - Join the Sanders team for a fundraising auction at Scottie's on the River - to benefit Sleep in Heavenly Peace. This will also be a Women's Council Membership appreciation night - stay tuned for all the details! May 11 - Women's Council Luncheon at the Walden Club with a program about Lenders and Titles. June 1 - Women's Council Luncheon at the Walden Club with a program about City of Chattanooga zoning codes and STVR or AirBnB codes. Elections for the new Chattanooga Network board will be held September 7, 2022. So the time to consider your future involvement is now. Nominations open June 1. July - no luncheon IN THE FALL Tennessee Realtors Fall Convention will be in French Lick, Indiana, at a terrific resort. Jennifer Grayson is the convention chair - we need to support her endeavors! The dates are September 21-23, 2022. Registration will be available at: https://tnrealtors.com/fallconvention-2022 On September 20 there will be a PMN class sponsored by your Tennessee Network, so plan to arrive a day early. Our meetings center around networking with like-minded professionals, featuring educational presentations by speakers from our area. We encourage involvement at all levels of area Real Estate boards and associations.
