Workshop 1 Her Story In Verse: Women's Histroy Through Poetry March 9, 2022 Workshop Lead: Shikha Malaviya "Her Story in Verse, Women’s History Through Poetry" will introduce the idea of poetry as a radical way of looking at, understanding and documenting the past, and how it informs our present. Participants will be given the opportunity to respond to and discuss their experience with a writing prompt." Workshop 2 The Universe is Personal, : Leaping, Connecting, and Meaning April 6, 2022 Workshop Lead: Lisa Rosenberg “The Universe is Personal” explores the scope of poetry beyond conventional assumptions, from tiny or mundane aspects of personal experience, to uncharted territory in the cosmos, and connections between these disparate terrains.Participants will be given the opportunity to respond to and discuss their experience with a writing prompt.
