Classes begin March 15
7:30-8:30am
Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
We will do easy exercises that will make lasting results.
I was badly injured many years ago.
I have a plate in my neck and had 2 other surgeries not to mention “procedures” and therapy.
I found that these exercises will not only strengthen the body. It lengthens it as well.
I also lost 40 lbs in a year only doing these exercises and watching my food intake as well as drinking plenty of water.
I became stronger and my mind became clearer as well.
The beach is a peaceful setting.
No noise pollution. No distractions.
Just the feeling of peace and tranquillity.
You will not do anything strenuous.
