We are a growing short-term rental company with 10 properties in Phoenix, looking for an Operations Specialist to join our small team to ensure smooth transitions between our guests' stays.
The candidate should be available between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. On both weekdays and weekends and often on an on-call basis. This job requires a prompt, accountable candidate to provide the meticulous upkeep of our rental properties.
Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance needs, traveling between multiple worksites each day
Ensure homes are maintained through preventative maintenance and regular inspections
Ensure exteriors are guest-ready for arriving guests
Appliance troubleshooting
Cable/wifi troubleshooting
Replacing HVAC filters, SmartLock batteries, and lightbulbs
Light plumbing
Order, maintain, and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory
Communicate with cleaners to ensure all house needs are met.
Organizing storage rooms
Routine property upkeep
On-call maintenance issues
Qualifications:
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Vehicle and the ability to commute within a 2 mile radius in Central Phoenix
Previous experience in maintenance or other hospitality related fields preferred
