Qualifications Driver's License (Required) Home Repairs: 1 year (Preferred) Familiarity and comfortable on ladders and roofs Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday day shift Typically 8AM – 5PM Driver's License (Required) Commercial/Residential locations throughout Greenville / Spartanburg Skills: Be self-motivated, results oriented and organized. Must possess basic handy-man skills. Valid Driver's License & clean driving record. Safely work on steep pitch roofs. Work in confined spaces (attics & crawlspaces) Work in various outdoor weather conditions. Safely carry, set up and work on extension ladders up to 40ft Duties include, but are not limited to: Exterior repairs (soffit repair, sealing foundation, installing vents, chimney caps, etc.) Gutter guard and drip edge installation Plumbing Vent Installation Seal roof and fascia Roof vent installation Securing soffit gaps Repairing holes in siding Sets up and builds exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware to specifications. Ability to access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. Ability to work in various weather conditions Works in a safety harness from rooftops as needed in the performance of exclusion services. Drives company vehicle to customer locations. Maintain a professional appearance and communication. Organized with an emphasis on document management and daily route management. Comfortable handling face-to-face, email, and phone interactions with clients. Able to implement basic sales and customer service practices. Able to lift and carry up to sixty-five (65) pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders and performing thorough home inspections.
