New support Group Dedicated to Men Of Color and their experiences with life as black men. Welcome to the launch of “What About the Fellas”. This group is centered around men of color where we can come together in all ages, stages and phases of life to empower and uplift one another. This group is lead by black men who will open up the topics and we will discuss them among one another in a private setting rather via zoom or in person. This is a safe space to just be men and vent freely as well as develop brotherhood. Our First topic will be “So She’s Having My Baby’. In this meeting we will discuss what our experience was like with the birth of our first child or raising a child. Biological child or non-biological. We will discuss pros and cons of fatherhood and more. This meeting will be held in person and lunch will be provided. I encourage men of all ages stages and phases of life to come out and have this much needed conversation with other men so we can continue to learn from our mistakes and help guide our sons. All are welcome to attend.
