.ASU PRSSA in partnership with KBX PHX will be hosting Empowerology 101; Self defense and safety training for campus life. Learn realistic self defense techniques, along with strategies for developing crucial life skills that will help keep you safe on campus and in life. This is an ineteractive workshop and participants will have the opportunity to pracitce handling difficult, tense and dangerous situations in a comfortable and safe environment. The workshop will be lead by Master Instructor Jade Hwang, the first woman inducted into the Korean Martial Arts Hall of Fame and a locally trusted self defense expert. This event is FREE and it is our goal to make the knowledge and resources accessible to the Sun Devil Community. Due to the subject matter we ask that participants be at least 16 years old.
