Description
Our little studio is not much to look at, and we don't have the latest gear, and we apologize in advance for that,
Our little 4 track recorder, and radio shack microphone with an Alesis microverb make a supurb compliment to anyone to record something on par with say, a phone message, or maybe a radio broadcast on shortwave from Alaska.
our little iso booth (actually a nook in our kitchen with some egg cartons) is a humble addition to the studio, and we may not have that "big-time" sound, but we're really nice and we'll make you a nice cup of cocoa, and you can sit on our porch with grandma while we desperately noodle with all our old wires, and gear, trying to be helpful.
Our "studio" is in a small apartment, on top of a hardware store, so you might have to take an occasional break as the salespeople demonstrate the latest in wireless power saws.
Our studio features all this.
1: Tascam four track recorder (vintage) "portastudio"
2: One radio shack microphone
3: lots of wires, bulbs and the pride of our studio, an alesis digitial reverb.
At a low cost of $5.00 per hour we believe our prices cannot be beat.
ok, ok, we'll even go as low as $3.00 an hour.
Maybe we won't charge anything at all since our little studio is so humble.
ok. on further consideration we'll pay YOU to record here. call to negotiate a price.
Our recordings are featured in the answering machine of several of our friends, and can also be heard, at the Berkeley senior citizens center public address system.
Thanks, and we're really sorry for taking any of your time, we know you're busy with much more important things, and our humble little studio can't compete.
yours truly,
electrogizmo studios
