Laundry mat recommendation

Does anyone know any laundry mat that is within walking distance of a BART station anywhere throughout the entire Bay Area? I don't care what stop it is. In can be in San Francisco or outside of San Francisco. As long as it's within walking distance of a BART station. I live Downtown SF. I'm avoiding the ones nearest to my location because they have bad customer service, no customer service, machines are not fully maintained and operational, the one closest to my apartment have plastic chairs that are falling apart, there are too many people who are not paying to do laundry hanging out inside of the laundry mats. I would rather go outside of the city if necessary to avoid the things that i mentioned than deal with the poor quality of services provided to San Francisco residents. I have been using laundry apps for the past year, their prices are going up. I prefer to just use laundry apps and websites but they are getting too expensive so I have to go back to doing my laundry the old fashioned way. I would like to point fingers and blame the people who are responsible for the rising prices for large number of "loiterers" hanging out in public laundry mats but CL's General Community section isn't the place for it. I can assure you that I am not one of the people who are responsible for the rising prices or the large number of loiterers being allowed to loiter throughout the city and them having nothing better to do than hang out in laundry mats and bother paying customers.
