I have a 2009 Huawin Eagle that I need some help getting in working condition. It was running Summer 2020 then sat for about a year. Tried to get it started Summer 2021 but no luck - turns over a bit but doesn’t start up. Swapped spark plugs, changed oil and gas but wasn’t any help. I’m new to scooters and not very mechanically inclined so hoping to find someone around West Seattle who's familiar with this sort of stuff that could help me getting this thing cleaned up and running before Spring!
