Press release from the City of Golden Valley: December 9, 2020 Golden Valley residents have until Dec 18, 4:30 pm to take a survey on the City's latest stormwater improvement project. Watch the video open house, then take the survey on the City website. The Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission (BCWMC), in partnership with the City of Golden Valley, is studying options for providing stormwater improvements in the western portion of Medley Park to benefit the surrounding area and protect and improve downstream waters like Medicine Lake. Primary project benefits include: improving the water quality of Medicine Lake and nearby surface waters reducing flood damage to homes and infrastructure protecting public health and safety preserving economic value  After watching the open house, please take our survey to share your thoughts on the project.
