The Alpha Conference is about the best and the brightest creating the process and products shaping innovation for our world The Institute for Ethical Leadership at St. Thomas University is happy to announce, the Alpha Conference, a special invitation-only forum for the best and the brightest from the Ph.D. in Ethical Leadership Program at STU and the members of the Leadership Miami class of 43. Together these dynamic individuals will participate in strategic identification for and development of the processes necessary for shaping ethical leadership for a complex world. The forum will be held in the Machado Auditorium (GUS 100) in the Gus Machado College of Business Complex.
