Shared practice room looking for band/individuals

Hello! My band rehearses at Old Rainier Brewery, and and a band is moving out, so we're looking for a band/individuals to share take over for them. Are you looking for a room to practice/write at? Need a place to be loud? If so, this is probably what you're looking for. FYI, we have a room drum kit already set up to save time and space; we just swap out kick pedal and cymbals (and snare drum too if you like). We also have a large, shared bass cab, so we don't have room for another big bass cab or large stacks. The room also has a PA. It's not fancy, but it's gets the job done. Note: we don't share microphones because of germs (i.e. Covid). The room has some overhead storage available too. Last but not least, the room is clean and organized. If interested, please tell us if you're a band or an individual. If a band, please tell us how many people. Also, please state when you intend to use the room. Thx!
