Friday, February 11, 2022 32 year-old Eric Smith, of Northeast, DC, was arrested for an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred in the 900 block of 13th Street, Northeast. CCN: 22-019-83833 year-old Shanta Gaston, of Southeast, DC, was arrested for an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred in the 700 block of 14th Street, Northeast. CCN: 22-020-09148 year-old Sylvia Duchess, of Las Vegas, NV, was arrested for an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred at Independence Avenue and West Basin Drive, Southwest.
