Description

TEDxGary 2022 Watch Party is all about celebrating and staying connected as a TEDx community. We will celebrate all speakers from 2020-2022. TEDxGary is an intellectual platform where speakers explore their good ideas on how to put progression into action. Started in 2020, TEDxGary began with the exploration of using what you have to get what you desire, 2021 speakers explored the morpheme "Re" in the application of one's life (re-invention, re-set, re-aligning) and ended 2021 with TEDxGaryWomen, exploring WHAT NOW?! TEDx Gary2022 is about exploring failure as a means of success, as a necessary component within the success equation. How does one fail well? Gleaning the lessons, ideas and other revelatory details from one's journey in order to achieve and move forward. Our speakers will explore this theme through entrepreneurship (business), the arts, medicine, social justice and activism.   McKenya Dilworth views the arts, including the literary arts, as tools of empowerment.
