Michigan Filipino Unity Day! The fiesta aims to encourage unity for Filipino Americans in Michigan by not only bringing old friends together, but providing a space for new friends to meet. Activities will include free Filipino food potluck and tasting featuring LECHON (roasted pig) and HALO HALO, cultural fashion shows from all regions of the Philippines as well as cultural displays and special performances providing all day entertainment. Enjoy a plate of good food, a live DJ and the comradery of fellow Michigan Fil-Americans! This a free event with no entrance or parking fees. It will be held indoor at the Warren City Hall Library Center, with outdoor spaces for picnic. The event will start at 11AM with guest speakers and ends at 4pm.
