Framer and cutter for decks and basements

Looking to add 2 more members to my team looking for a framer and cutter both positions will require you to provide your own tools. Pay will depend on experience please send pictures of previous decks and jobs you have done. We frame a lot of basements year round and in the summer the outside jobs such as decks, patio covers, and pergolas really pick up so you would be required to work both. Single workers are welcome to reply as well. Thanks
