Independent & Organized Family Assistant Needed in Denver- create your own schedule!! JOB CODE: N205 Location: Quebec & Iliff, Denver, 80231 Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: This family will guarantee 40 hours/week, and are flexible on hours— it’s most important to find the right candidate. Ideal schedule is Monday- Friday 10am-6pm. About the Family: · Care will be for a 12 & 6 year old girls, both are in Montessori schools full-time. · Their mother is taking classes full time, as well as working. She will be in and out of the house, but is looking for a family assistant to really take charge. · An adorable three year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is also apart of this fun-loving family, and they are on a waiting list for another pup! · This sweet returning ABC Family, has successfully employed ABC nanny’s in the past. About the Job: · All standard family assistant duties including meal prep, meal planning, grocery shopping, inventory management, organizational projects, errands, light tidying up, pick ups/drop offs, homework assistance, planning/managing children’s schedules/activities, and more. · Driving requirements--mileage reimbursement offered · Travel may be an option down the road, but not a requirement · All standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of PTO, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered · This family does not require any vaccinations. The Ideal Candidate: for this position will be extremely reliable, a go-getter- will be capable of managing day to day of the children’s schedule/activities with little direction. Must have 3+ years of prior nanny management/household manager/or family assistant experience. Candidates who can delegate, own their projects, and are excellent communicators will succeed in this role for years to come. Desired Start Date: ASAP!!
