Here are the top five stories in Irving today: A woman has been charged with intoxication manslaughter for a crash that killed a pedestrian in Northwest Dallas early Sunday morning. Police say that the woman exited the roadway near W. Northwest Highway and Technology Boulevard and hit an individual standing at a nearby crosswalk sign. The individual died of his injuries at a local hospital a short time later. Police haven't yet identified the victim or the driver but say the vehicle involved was a silver Chevy Malibu.
