High: 71 Low: 62. Here are the top three stories today in Charleston: The Charleston Chamber of Commerce is inviting the community to a special town hall featuring Congresswoman Nancy Mace. The town hall will be on Feb. 24 at 6:00 p.m. at the American Legion in Goose Creek. Congresswoman Nancy Mace has been representing South Carolina's first congressional district since 2021. (Press Release Desk)Following the recent shooting of three dogs in Orangeburg County, the Charleston Animal Society is calling for better animal treatment. According to officials with the society, animal cruelty is a "community problem" that needs to be taken seriously. Anyone with information related to the shooting of the dogs is being asked to contact Orangeburg law enforcement. (Live 5 News WCSC)Charleston resident Doug Mulford launched a new line of canned cocktails called Drift. The cocktail flavors are Blood Orange, Passion Fruit Rum, Tequila lime, and Meyer Lemon.
