Rehoming 5 month puppy

Pringle needs a loving home! Last month we took in a puppy that was born in September, he had no history of any shots. We immediately took him to the vet and got him his first round of shots, flea/heart worm/and deworming. He is very healthy and will be due for his next round of shots asap. He was very scared and shy when we first got him. He is now very sweet and playful. We have small children and he is so great with them. He seems timid around men but is still sweet to my husband. Just more comfortable with women. We have a 2 year old male dog that he originally got along great with but has become aggressive with, which is why we need to find a loving home for him. We cannot find the source to this aggression, it is not food, possession, or territorial related. It seems very unprovoked and random. One second they are best friends. The next second he will randomly run up to him and attack. My fear is one of the dogs will be injured, my kids will get injured if near it, or if it is not controlled he will become more aggressive. I think he will do best in a home with no other pets, or a home who has the resources to provide training for this. He has the sweetest demeanor. Again, this is the first and only sign of aggression we have seen and is very recent. We have been working on potty training, he has not had an accident in weeks, however he is still a puppy, had a late start to this, and needs someone consistent. We have a big fenced back yard so he is used to running and playing and will need work on leash training, as of now he hates a leash. He eats Iams large breed puppy food- chicken. We believe he is a lab possibly pit mix. Please text with any questions.
