Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 02/20/2022 4:37 AM 2/19/22 2022-0583, Domestic Battery:  On 02/19/22 at 10:15 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 400 block of East Rennesoy, Big Grove Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0583, Domestic Battery:   2022-0584, Out of State Warrant:  On 02/19/22 at 1:56 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 400 block of Prairieview Drive in Oswego for a warrant service.  Michael Fabre, a 36-year-old male from the 400 block of Prairieview Dive, was taken into custody for a burglary warrant out of Gwinnett County in Georgia.  Fabre's bond was $333,400 X 10% and he was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.          The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
