Here are the top 3 stories today in St. Louis: A man has died after being hit and dragged by a car in a hit-and-run on Sunday night. Police say the victim was on Goodfellow Boulevard seeking help for an unrelated injury when he was struck by a black vehicle swerving across the road and dragged beneath the car. A witness was able to flag down officers from a nearby crash, but the victim was found dead at the scene. (KMOV.com)The Saint Louis Zoo is developing a conservation habitat to help protect American red wolves. The habitat will span 20 acres of the Zoo's 355-acre property in Franklin County and will serve as a private, secure habitat where the endangered species can live and breed. To help the wolves learn natural survival skills, the campus will remain closed to visitors.
