Description
Josephine County Sheriff and Animal Control Departments fail to protect the public in allowing individuals to harass via use of their dogs. This should not be allowed. Of course, any decent person would not use their dogs with this bad intention but there are some terrible people who are control freaks and enjoy causing other people problems. Maybe they got picked on as a kid and realize that their way out in harming others via their dogs will go unpunished, using the idiotic excuse that dogs just act stupid as dogs do. The problems speaks more of the dog owners than the dogs themselves.
