YOLO COUNTY, CA — California Department of Health officials Saturday released the names of 261 nursing homes across the state with coronavirus outbreaks, including one located in Yolo County.
The department's website said the list was a snapshot representing 86 percent of the state's 1,224 skilled-nursing facilities that have reported data within the last 24 hours.
Stollwood Convalescent Home in Woodland reported that as of Friday, April 17, 31 staff members and 24 patients had tested positive for COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus.
Two CAL-MAT crews, the state's disaster medical assistance team, are helping with the outbreak, according to KCRA 3 News.

The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Yolo County was 137 as of Sunday.
Countywide, nine deaths are attributed to this virus.
