Guitar Player Looking to Start Band

I'm a guitar player looking to start a 3 or 4-piece band. Keys, bass, lead/rhythm second guitar, and drummers welcome to reach out. If you can sing that's a big plus. Working on it myself but not strong enough to lead yet. Looking to start with some practices/jams running covers of 90's/2000's grunge/alternative/pop punk and build out a more diverse setlist from there. Eventual goal would be 4+ weekend gigs a month. I'm in my 30's and have been playing for a couple years. Not a virtuoso or prodigy but I've played on stage with some good players and have the work ethic to get up to speed pretty quickly on whatever we're working on. Not a big partier myself but as long as you've got your shit together on stage and you're cool, we're good.
