Immediate Need! Seeking hardworking and energetic commercial Custodial Support employees. Don't miss out on this position - APPLY TODAY! The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including technical and non-technical mechanical repairs, furniture assembly and janitorial duties. Job Requirements: Check common areas throughout the day, wiping down surfaces, door handles, countertops, tables, elevator buttons, touchpoints, clean any spills, glass doors, any other surface areas and floors. Remove trash and wipe down exterior trash can containers. Clean spots, spills, and vacuum floors as necessary. Light maintenance which may include replacing light bulbs and other light repairs. Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English in order to communicate with other employees and/or staff.
